About Course
In this project, participants step into the role of a data analyst at NovaMart Distributors, a fast-growing wholesale and e-commerce company. They are tasked with analyzing multiple datasets related to sales orders, vendor shipments, and delivery tracking to assess vendor performance and delivery timeliness. By cleaning, matching, and analyzing the data, participants will create detailed reports that support supply chain and finance teams in measuring late deliveries and vendor compliance.
Throughout the project, learners will engage in key stages including data cleaning—standardizing IDs, fixing date formats, and removing inconsistencies; data matching—combining information across tables using lookup functions; and data analysis—calculating delivery times, late delivery flags, and total sales values. Finally, they will prepare summary reports with key metrics to highlight supply chain performance and areas for improvement.
By completing this exercise, participants will gain hands-on experience in managing real-world supply chain data and producing insights that drive operational efficiency.
